If you are not satisfied with your Ababy.com standard purchase within
the first 21 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue
a refund or exchange. Please note
that all refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval by our
Customer Service Department. All products must be in perfect
condition, unused, and resalable.

Return for replacement, exchange, or refund
Our Customer Service team will send you a return email with a
Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send
the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the
original condition with all-packing material, manuals, and registration
card(s). We will issue a full refund for any item that meets these
conditions.
For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for
shipment. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as
result of our error. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping
charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. (Actual freight
bills can be provided when necessary.)
Note: Please allow 15 business days
from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card
refunds may not appear until the following
billing cycle.
ABaby.com will refuse all
returns without an RA number. Restocking Fee:
Please note that all furniture including bassinets are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellation:
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and
handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the
shipping. including rejected shipments.
Custom Orders:
All custom made orders are final sales. We cannot accept any
cancellations, or returns due to the nature of our business of providing
customized products.
Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based
on estimates from our designers. In the event of a shipping delay,
aBaby.com will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for
shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
All Custom made-to-order
items require payment in full upon order, since aBaby.com Designer's craft
these items to your specifications.
