| I ordered the Cherry finish toy box and I must say I was very happy. It went perfect with our daughter’s furniture. Great finish, very sturdy and the added details of the bench seat with the decor backing was an added bonus.
The safety feature on the lid from a parent’s perspective was very well made. Having a very mobile 11 month old who gets into everything is absolutely safe with this toy box. She opens it up, reaches down, and gets her toys with no problem. She did manage one time to get all the way in and we simply put her extra blankets at the bottom and her toys on top so she can better reach them without accidentally falling in. And if she does...well the blankets makes a soft landing. No worry about the lid closing on her.
In my opinion there is enough room for the every day toys. Very well made and very easy to put together, as long as your baby is not around you trying to grab the instructions. I will suggest to follow the directions on "Not to tighten the screws all the way until you are done putting it together". Lesson learned on my part. The wheels at the bottom make it easy to move around.
And last the most important reason why I like this toy chest so much is simply because my wife was happy with it as well. Need I say more...

| I was very happy with the cherry wood one I ordered for my Grandson so I came back and ordered the white one for a Granddaughter. It arrived in good time and the parents were sooooo pleased.
