| I have an extra-wide opening to my kitchen and this was the perfect solution to keeping the little one out. It was easy to install, too. I didn't realize that it was unfinished wood, which is cool. We may paint it!

| We have a wide opening from our living room to our kitchen that's also at an angle. This gate works perfectly to fill our needs. It's a little hard to open and close with one hand at first, but you get the hang of it. It's sturdy and solid...as in it would take a lot to pull it out of the wall. Certainly not something you should be concerned about as long as you mount it correctly.
