| This outdoor playhouse was a great Christmas gift for my grandkids. I always see them playing in it whenever I'm there. My son said he had no trouble with the assembly, the manual was very clear. The kids love their personal mailbox and the real homey look with their own sink!!

| I got this as a gift. I am very happy with it, I just feel like it's a little too small. When all my kids are out there playing I feel like they're a little too crowded. Otherwise it's a great playhouse my kids spend hours in there reading books, playing games, etc. |
