I haven't used the mattress yet, but just wanted to comment on how quickly I received the mattress. I'm having twins and placed 2 separate orders and both mattresses arrived to me within 48 hours! I would definitely order from ababy again!
For my first grandchild, I had my family's bassinet restored. However, when it came to finding a bassinnet mattress at local baby stores ,I kept coming up emptied handed. I found your company on line and ordered the 3" custom oval bassinnet mattress, giving the demensions with my order. I immediately got an email back from customer service, suggesting I send a template for a perfect fit. I was grateful for his suggestion since the footprint of the bassinett was narrower in the middle. It came within a week and it was a perfect fit! The bassinnet is beautiful and is ready for the next generation of babies.

Perfect fit in a family heirloom crib

The mattress I ordered arrived about a week after I sent in a simple template made from newspaper. It fits perfectly, as do the three custom made sheets I ordered at the same time.

I just received it and its in good shape and my 4 year old loves it, i got it for my baby that is not born yet. My 4 year old likes to lay on it. She says it's so cumfy.
