I started checking their products called their customer service a few times and ordered the Heather on the Hill Children's bed. Their representatives on the phone were very polite and willing to help and answer all my questions. It arrived after 10 weeks and now it's already in her room with the matching linens and it's absolutely awesome!!! I am very happy with the quality and strength of the bed. It looks much better in real life than in the picture!! It's worth every penny spent!!
