I purchased this chair as a Xmas gift for my grandson, age 19 months. I wrapped the chair in a giant gift bag, and before we even had the chair out of the bag, he climbed in to sit. The chair is well made, and I'm sure he will sit and watch TV or look at books. This chair is almost identical to one offered by a specialty catalog ("PB") for almost twice the price. I am pleased with this purchase...can't go wrong. I did choose not to personalize because I will hand down the chair to future grandchildren as they come along.
