Registration

  What is a gift registry?
A gift registry is a list of gifts that you would like to receive. It’s usually used for special gift giving occasions, including new babies, birthdays and holidays.
Our gift registry contains many features that help you celebrate your special event and manage your gifts. Some of our special features are an online photo album, complimentary cards and a gift and thank you organizer.
A gift registry insures that you receive the perfect gift and minimizes the hassle of duplicates, returns and unwanted items.

  How do I register?
You can register two ways. You can access our registry from a link on our home page or by clicking the “Add to registry” button by any item. When doing this, you will be asked to login to an existing registry or to create a new one. Creating a registry is easy. All you need to do is create your profile and you're set to go.

  Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration is free.

Adding Gifts

  How do I add gifts to my registry?
Adding gifts is as easy as 1-2-3. 1. Browse our categories of wonderful items and find the items you want. 2. Select quantity and applicable options. 3. Click the “Add to Registry” button. It’s that easy.

  What if I don’t finish setting up my registry now?
As long as you created your profile, your registry will be waiting for you. You can add and update gifts as long as your registry is active.

  How do I edit my gift selections?
You can edit items two ways. 1. On your gift list page you can change quantity or delete an item completely. 2. For all other changes you need to access the edit item link below every item picture on the gift list page. Just click the link and make all necessary changes.

Purchasing Gifts

  How do I let my friends and family know about my registry?
You have three super convenient options. 1. The traditional way – notify friends by word of mouth. 2. The personal way – send your friends an email with our e-notification feature. 3. The special way – insert one of our complimentary registry cards in your baby shower invitations.

  How do my guests find my registry?
Your guests can go to www.ababy.com and click on our registry link. In the search box they need to enter your name (a last name will suffice) and they’re good to go.

  How to I purchase gifts from someone’s registry?
As soon as you login to a registry, you are immediately directed to the gift list. You select items directly from the list. Just enter the quantity you would like to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button.

  Can I purchase items from my own registry?
Yes. We even give you a special completion discount to help you complete your registry. Purchasing items is easy. On the bottom, right hand corner of your gift list is a “Shop My Registry” link. Click this link and it will change your gift list to a purchasing list. You can now enter a quantity by the items you would like to purchase and add it to your cart.

  Some of my guest do not have access online. Is it possible for them to buy gifts from my registry?
Yes it is. They can purchase gifts by calling our customer service department at 877-552-2229.

  What if everything on the registry has been purchased?
On the bottom of the gift list there is a link to our gift certificates. It’s a great gift idea for every new mom.

Gift Delivery

  Where will my gifts be shipped?
When buying a gift, gift givers have the choice to ship the gift to themselves or to the address you entered in your profile. Make sure to keep your address updated at all times.

  Do you deliver outside the US?
No, at this time we cannot ship internationally. Secondly, please note that we only accept American issued credit cards. International customer can purchase gifts via money order or wire transfer.

  How do I return unwanted gifts?
To return an item you need to contact a customer service rep. at 877-552-2229. Our registry updates immediately after someone purchaces a gift. This minimizes duplicate gifts. However, if you do receive a gift you don’t need, we always try our best to accommodate you.

  Is there a way to keep strangers from viewing my registry?
Yes, you have an option of adding a password to your registry when setting up your profile.

  How do I delete or cancel my registry?
On your registry home page there is a close registry link.

  What is the completion program?
Save 10% off all items left on your gift list for 6 months after your event date. We will email you a coupon code, once your event date has been reached.
