I immediately got an email back from customer service, suggesting I send a template for a perfect fit. I was grateful for his suggestion since the footprint of the bassinett was narrower in the middle. It came within a week and it was a perfect fit! The mattress I ordered arrived about a week after I sent in a simple template made from newspaper. It fits perfectly, as do the three custom made sheets I ordered at the same time.
