We received our custom-sized mattress in just over a week from ordering it. Since we needed a half-size, I called and spoke to a lovely, helpful rep named Miriam. She took my order, went over my shipping options (since they mentioned it may take 2-3 weeks to make and then still need to ship and our baby was due 3 weeks from when I called her).
