The Panzer III is a basic German medium tank from World War II. It was produced between 1937 and 1943 and was the German model most produced during the war. Over the years, the caliber of the gun has been changed many times, starting at 37 mm and ending with 75 mm. Ausf. J was considerably more armored, with as much as 50 mm of armor on the front and back of the hull and 10 mm on the turret. The short-barreled main armament proved insufficient and the vehicle was equipped with a 50 mm KwK 39 L/60 long-barreled cannon. The miniature COBI construction block vehicle was produced on a whole new scale of 1:48. It is easy to build, ideal for the beginning of an adventure with COBI building blocks. It has a moving gun, a rotating turret and working crawler traction. All graphic details are high-quality prints that do not smudge or scratch during intense fun. And the design, which in a unique way reflects the original shapes of its historical original, is a great balance of photo-realism and small scale. The Panzer III is a great toy, but also a unique part of any military and armored weapons fan’s collection.
