We received our custom-sized mattress in just over a week from ordering it. Since we needed a half-size, I called and spoke to a lovely, helpful rep named Miriam. She took my order, went over my shipping options (since they mentioned it may take 2-3 weeks to make and then still need to ship and our baby was due 3 weeks from when I called her). The mattress fits perfectly, looks great, is firm enough to be safe, yet soft enough for a comfortable night's sleep for our baby. We are very pleased with it and with ababy.com! Thanks!!!

Superb Service and Quality

I refinished the cradle that I used for my children -- to give to my daughter for her first baby (and my first grandchild!) The size was not standard for today's cradle sizes and I was delighted to find aBaby.com provided custom-sized mattresses. About 35 years ago I made a cradle to be used when my first nieces and nephews came along. It has been used by many family members. The mattress was a piece of foam that was cut to size. That foam has started to dry rot. The custom mattress and cover from aBABY was the perfect answer. They made the mattress and all bedding accessories to my measurements and it fits perfectly. Considering this is a custom order it arrived a lot quicker than I expected. The cradle I made will now be well equipped for my soon-to-be grandchild! Thank you aBABY!

I wasn't sure when I ordered a custom cradle mattress, but it arrived today and is GREAT! I would have liked a little firmer foam, but it wasn't an option. Delivery was ahead of the time frame shown. I give ABaby at least a 5 star rating!.
I opened the package and the mattress looks exactly as I thought it would! It fits nicely in the porta crib. I am very excited about having my 14 month old grand daughter use it for the first time over Thanksgiving!

Very thick; good enough to use as baby's "real" crib; not just for grandma's house.
For my first grandchild, I had my family's bassinet restored. However, when it came to finding a bassinnet mattress at local baby stores ,I kept coming up emptied handed. I found your company on line and ordered the 3" custom oval bassinnet mattress, giving the demensions with my order. I immediately got an email back from customer service, suggesting I send a template for a perfect fit. I was grateful for his suggestion since the footprint of the bassinett was narrower in the middle. It came within a week and it was a perfect fit! The bassinnet is beautiful and is ready for the next generation of babies.

Perfect fit in a family heirloom crib

The mattress I ordered arrived about a week after I sent in a simple template made from newspaper. It fits perfectly, as do the three custom made sheets I ordered at the same time.
