We have been using the double-sided portable rails for only a few weeks and are generally pleased with them. They were easy to assemble, and the drop-down device is equally easy to manipulate.
Two concerns: Although these are the tallest rails on the market, and are advertised as able to accommodate all mattresses, the rails are still only about 3-4 inches higher than the top of our pillow-top mattress. The instructions also indicate that the rails are not intended for use on bunkbeds, which is not articulated in the online description. We are using them on a bottom bunk and are assuming the warning advises againts use on a top bunk.

Great bed rails
By: JOANN, NEW YORK
Just wanted to share with anyone considering purchasing this item. Do it. I have a 2 year old granddaughter who just started sleeping in this bed when she stays at my house. This is her big girl bed. I found that it was a little bit of a hassle to assemble, but worth it. I love it. I feel my grandaughter is safe from falling out of the bed and that fact that it hides away, is great for other guests that stay over. It always looks good in this spare room. I feel this is a well worth purchase.
This product was easy to assemble and has been wonderful to have. I no longer wonder if toddler will roll out of bed and I can sleep with ease instead of worry.
We are soooo happy with this Bed Rail. I sleep much better knowing that it keeps my 3 year old safe in his bed. It is a dream to pack up and put away for whenever we need to travel. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a safe bed rail at home or on the go. Thank you for the prompt shipping.

Easy to put together with one person!
By: TRACY BROWN, NEW YORK
I was surprised when I opened this small box up to find these inside. This item is quite simply the easiest thing to put together. I put all the pieces on the floor and had this together in no time. My two year old just transitioned from his crib/day bed, and was intimidated by the height of his new twin. When I was placing them under his mattress,(if using one person) I unlaced the straps, positioned and fed the straps under the mattress at the top and bottom, and relaced them, and pulled. That's all!
